Wallboard Server Application

- Email: Serves as your unique identifier for accessing our services. Used for authentication, password resets, and account communication.

- Optional Billing details: (Country, city, address, ZIP code, company, VAT number) collected only for paid plans and used for billing and invoicing purposes.
- Optional Google user data: Used to integrate Google services such as Calendar or Drive. Data is not shared with external systems.
- Optional Microsoft O365 user data: Used for Office 365 integrations such as Calendar, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power BI. Data is not shared externally.
Users retain control over their data and can decide whether to display it on Digital Signage screens.
Google Cloud Integration - User Data
- Calendar data: Used and stored within Wallboard, not shared with third parties.
- Drive metadata and files: Used and stored within Wallboard, not shared externally.
- Spreadsheet data: Used for dynamic content display and not shared externally.
Microsoft O365 Integration - User Data
- Calendar data: Used and stored within Wallboard, not shared with third parties.
- OneDrive/SharePoint metadata and files: Used and stored within Wallboard, not shared externally.
- Power BI: Used only for display purposes and not stored or shared externally.
Wallboard Signage Client Application
Wallboard Signage Client Applications are designed to provide you with a seamless and reliable digital signage experience. To ensure optimal performance and diagnose any potential issues, we collect non-personally identifying information about the client device:
- IP address: Logged for diagnostic and security purposes.
- Operating system information: Used to ensure compatibility and optimize performance across different platforms.
- Hardware information (CPU, RAM, storage): Collected to diagnose performance issues and optimize playback efficiency.
Why Is It Collected?
Wallboard only collects the minimal amount of personal information to keep our systems running. Free users need only provide their name and email address, while paid users also provide billing information. We collect and compare IP addresses to prevent account fraud.
How Is It Secured?
All data transmitted between your device and Wallboard servers is encrypted using secure protocols such as HTTPS. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only, and we conduct regular security assessments and audits to maintain system integrity.
How Long Is It Kept?
User/client data is retained until deleted from the system. Certain logs persist temporarily:
- Webserver access logs: Containing IP addresses only, retained for 30 days.
- Application logs: Containing user identifiers (email addresses) retained for 90 days.
- Backups: Preserved for 90 days and only restorable through full server restoration.
Children's Privacy
Wallboard does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at one of the email addresses provided below.
